Message Games Privacy Policy

Message Games (“Message Games,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an iMessage gaming application developed by Bradley Knispel. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use Message Games.

Information We Collect

Message Games does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or other account information to play.

The App uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, which may automatically collect certain information when you use the App. Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, and applicable law, this information may include:

Coarse Location: Approximate location may be derived from information such as an IP address. Message Games does not require precise GPS location for gameplay.

Device Identifiers: Device or advertising identifiers may be collected for advertising and analytics purposes.

Product Interaction: Information about interactions with the App, such as app launches, gameplay interactions, or interactions with advertisements.

Advertising Data: Information concerning advertisements displayed to or interacted with by users.

Crash Data: Diagnostic information relating to crashes and technical problems.

Performance Data: Information concerning app performance, responsiveness, and other technical performance information.

How Information Is Used

Information collected through the App or its third-party service providers may be used to provide and maintain the App, display and measure advertising, perform analytics, understand use of the App, diagnose crashes and technical problems, improve performance and functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

Message Games uses Google Mobile Ads to provide advertising. Google and its partners may collect and process information in connection with providing, measuring, personalizing, and improving advertisements and related services, subject to applicable consent requirements and users' privacy choices.

In-App Purchases

Message Games offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions, including Message Games Plus. Purchases are processed through Apple. Message Games does not directly receive or store users' complete payment-card information.

iMessage and Game Content

Message Games operates through Apple's Messages platform. Game messages and gameplay information necessary to conduct games may be transmitted through Apple's Messages services. Message Games does not operate its own user-account system for storing users' private iMessage conversations.

Tracking and Privacy Choices

Where required, Message Games or its third-party services may request consent before using information for tracking, personalized advertising, or other purposes requiring consent. Users may also manage applicable privacy permissions through their device settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Message Games does not maintain user accounts containing personal profile information. Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' policies and as necessary to provide their services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, and resolve technical issues.

If you believe Message Games directly maintains personal information about you and would like to request access to or deletion of that information, contact us at bradleyknispelapps@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Information controlled independently by Apple, Google, or another third party may need to be managed through that provider.

Children's Privacy

Message Games is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner that violates applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the information.

Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information associated with Message Games. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Message Games, third-party services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes materially.
